- Product:
- Canon Rebel SLR Body (company site, Amazon
)
- What’s Good:
- Price, Small Size, Supports EF and EF-S Lenses
- What’s Bad:
- Missing features from more expensive models.
I have been using the Canon Rebel XT since January 2006 and have had very few complains, if any at all. For an entry level SLR camera, the capability of Canons cheapest SLR body is more then good enough for the non-professional photographer. So many other sites have very good technical reviews so I'll not repeat them. Check out dpreview.com for in depth details. You can read the full specs there for both the XT 350D and XTi 400D.
The one thing I can say in this mini review is that SLR cameras have been a hot item around the silverorange office lately. In the past 18 months, 8 of us have purchased SLR cameras and 7 of those have been the Canon Rebel XT or XTi.
I'm sure this must call for some type of highly recommended endorsement.
